Volume lab in Mr. Zions’ class

In Mr. Zions’ now-famous volume lab on Friday students calculated the volume of a white board marker and the open unused space within the marker to determine whether a better marker design might be possible.

Mr. Hilgart has retired

Walter Hilgart, Gulf High School’s popular 90-year old sub, the oldest employee of the Pasco school district, has retired from subbing. Mr. Hilgart was born on Oct. 5, 1922, about 3 weeks after Gulf High School opened.
