Debbie Painter is a new Guidance Counselor at Gulf. Mrs. Painter (formerly Miss Biscardi) comes to Gulf from J. W. Mitchell High School, where she has been a guidance counselor since 2005. She has a B. A. degree in Psychology from Southeastern University in Lakeland and an M. A. degree in Guidance and Counseling K-12 from the University of South Florida. She has a certificate in Ed Leadership and Mental Health. She is a 1994 graduate of Gulf High School.
