Walter Hilgart, the oldest employee of the Pasco County school district and one of our favorite substitutes, turns 90 on Oct. 5. On the school’s 90th birthday, Sept. 18, 2012, we honored him with this birthday cake.
Mr. Hilgart is 90, just like Gulf High!
