Gulf senior Julianne Wilkinson is the second-place winner overall in the Pasco school district’s Pasco Art of Recycling Contest. She was presented a check for $300 by Salindra Strandberg, the recycling coordinator for the school district. Also in the picture is Julianne’s art teacher, Mr. Weightman. The Pasco Art of Recycling Contest was formed 21 years ago to promote environmental awareness, recycling, and an appreciation of the arts.
