Last week’s Cross Country Athletes of the week were Erik Smith, who broke the 20 minute barrier for his first time at the Land O’ Lakes Invite, and Delanie Crespo, who has an amazing race, cutting almost 3 minutes off of her best time for the 5000 meter race. For their efforts they each receive the coveted “UGLY SOCKS.” They wore them proudly.
