Gulf alum Tiara Cook, one of our all-time greatest basketball players, visited Gulf on Feb. 28. She is pictured with Mr. Quarto, who was head basketball coach when she attended. Tiara graduated from Gulf in 2006. In January 2005, while a junior, she was honored for scoring her 1000th career point. After Gulf she played for the University of Tampa, and she became the 15th member of the 1000-point club at UT. She graduated in 2010. Tiara enlisted in the Air Force in 2013 and is currently stationed at Aviano Air Base in Italy.
