Congratulations to our Varsity and Junior Varsity Color Guard for receiving a ‘Superior’ rating and an ‘A’ in every category at the Florida Bandmasters Association’s District 5 Solo & Ensemble Music Performance Assessment on Friday, February 10th. This is the second time Gulf High has had two groups perform and the first time that both groups have received a ‘Superior’ rating. We would also like to congratulate flag soloists Stevie Stanley, Kim Parrish, and Jennifer Stewart for receiving ‘Superior’ ratings on their performances. Both of our groups and our soloists will now be traveling to Orlando to perform at the State Assessment at the end of March.
