A number of Gulf faculty and staff members will not return next year because of changes in allocations made by the district, largely because of budget cuts. And several other staff members have retired or changed jobs. At our faculty meeting on June 6 the supervising administrator for each of those staff members said a few parting words about each and wished each well. The pictures below show staff members who are unlikely to return next year: Tom Carter, Teresa Van Ochten, Bruno Buonsanto, Michael Calafiore, Todd Clarke, Erika Pugh, Devan Pontikos, Roy Luksch, Marie Porter, George Brazier, Kathy Trapp, Gene Robinson, April Kelley, and Barbara Yates. Ms. Davis also announced that Jeanne St. John, Cheryl Otero, Craig Judy, and Martha Babiarz, who are not pictured, are also likely not to return next year.
