Cheryl Renneckar (right), who was principal of Gulf High School from 1991 to 2002, was a guest at the retirement dinner for John Gallagher last night. Also in the photo are her companion Janet Nelch (left) and GHS assistant principal Dr. Judy Gallagher. Ms. Renneckar is the longest-serving principal in Gulf High School history.
