Pasco County Offers More Assistance Through Pasco H.E.A.R.T.

PASCO COUNTY, FL —- The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is pleased to offer the new Pasco Helping with Emergency Assistance Relief for Tenants (H.E.A.R.T.) program to help pay your bills directly if you rent in Pasco County and have experienced economic hardship due to COVID-19. The first round of this assistance will be available Wednesday, February 17, 2021, to 500 people on a first-come, first-served basis. *More assistance will be available in the coming months, so please monitor MyPasco.net for updates.

The Pasco H.E.A.R.T. program can pay up to 15 months of bills for qualifying renters. The types of bills eligible for payment include:
ü Rent
ü Utilities (water & electric only)
To qualify, your household must be at or below the income guidelines listed here (see chart) and you must be able to prove Pasco residency and economic impact from COVID-19.
