Gulf High School led the Pasco school district this year with the highest percentage (66.4%) of Advanced Placement scores of 3 or higher. AP exams are scored from 1 to 5, with 3 usually considered a passing score. An article at tampabay.com is here.

Neil Boyle has been named the new head boys basketball coach. He replaces Travis Priddy, who is moving back to Savannah, Georgia. Mr. Boyle is a new teacher in the Gaming Academy at Gulf, and is a former JV head coach at Mitchell High School.
