Gulf NJROTC cadets participated at an NJROTC Academic Challenge at Gaither High School in Tampa on Saturday. They competed among other local area NJROTC schools and finished with a 3rd Place overall.
Besides team competition, all cadets from each school took an individual test composed of the NJROTC curriculum (science, history, first aid, leadership and current events). Cadet Sheehan placed 3rd and cadet Nagy placed 2nd on the test, taking home individual medals as well.
