Walter Hilgart, our 90-year old substitute teacher and World War II veteran, was recently honored by remarks that were entered into the Congressional Record, and today (Jan. 25) U. S. Rep. Gus Bilirakis visited Gulf High School to give Mr. Hilgart a copy of the remarks, which detailed his service to our nation, our community, and the school system.
