The overall winner in the Frameworks Photography Contest is Gulf sophomore Kendra Stafford. She wins $200. Mrs. Barrus reports, “There were a lot of entries, but in the top 20, we had 12.”

Artist’s statement: Like most five year olds, Veronica, my sister, was in a grouchy mood. I wanted to take her photo but she wasn’t responding. Finally after a few minutes, she settled down enough for me to capture her in her “moody moment.”
