Devan Pontikos, who has been a guidance counselor at Gulf for three years, will transfer to Chasco Middle School at the end of the school year. Ms. Pontikos promises she will be back next year for prom and graduation and perhaps other events. She says she will miss Gulf High School and gives a shout-out to her junior class student council. Ms. Pontikos was a guidance counselor at Mittye P. Locke Elementary School before coming to Gulf.
