Free physicals will be offered at Gulf High School Tuesday afternoon (5/20) from 2 to 5 p.m. Appointments must be made through Coach McFarlane. Students must have parent present or a parent permission form signed before an appointment can be made.
If a parent will be present they should email the information to Coach McFarlane and she will give them an appointment time.
Students can see Ms. McFarlane during passing time and she will give them an appointment and send them back to class with a pass (they must have the parent permission signed and brought with them). No parent permission slip, no pass back to class.
