Healthy Schools will again be offering Flu vaccines (injections only) on December 13, 2018 at 11:15 am. to our high school students.
If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine, please complete and sign the application that was sent home with your child and return it back as soon as possible. You do not have to be present and the flu vaccine is free.
Parents also have an option of completing a consent online this year. You may access the on line forms at Healthy Schools website at www.healthyschoolsllc.com. The online consent access will close on December 7, 2018.
