Congratulations to the Boys Cross Country team for winning the Tri-City Classic this weekend. It was they boys 2nd straight victory. The team placed 5 runners in the top 20 overall finishers. John Jessup was the overall winner of the race followed by Dylan Picerno 3rd place, Jesus Saldavar 5th place, Jack Malley 7th place and Jeff Graves 17th place. This was also John Jessup 3rd victory of the season as well as an individual.
The JV Boys team also easily won the meet finishing 1st through 5th place individually and earning a perfect score. Nick Gazda was the overall winner in this race.
The girls Cross Country team placed 6th and the team was led by Jaclyn Rooney who placed 22nd overall followed by strong comeback performances from Olivia Jackson and Mya Skinner.
The girls JV team placed 2nd overall. Abigail Jessup was the fnisher for the Bucs placing 9th
Great Job Bucs and this Saturdays meet is at Starkey Park at the Mitchell Invitational.
