Although we are just finishing up the 2012-13 school year, we are already in full swing preparing for next year. We are excited about the new system we used for selecting courses and expect minimal schedule changes in Fall. If you currently would like to request a change from what was submitted this Spring, please submit to our guidance office the Recommendation Override Form by Tuesday, June 4th.

Over the summer, there may be situations that arise and warrant a schedule change in the Fall. Please refer to the following list of approved reasons:

  • Student is scheduled in a course he/she has previously passed.
  • Student is scheduled into a class that has a prerequisite that has not been completed.
  • Student is in the Class of 2014 and needs a class to meet graduation requirement including APEX.
  • Student has acquired documentation:
    • ACT/SAT concordant reading score*
    • PHCC enrollment*
    • Pasco eSchool enrollment*
    • FLVS enrollment*

*Please provide our guidance office with a copy of the score report and/or enrollment paperwork.
