As you know, starting January 4, 2022, Gulf High School will have a new bell schedule including new times for students to be at their bus stops.
Shortly, we will be publishing a full set of times including for each period of the day. We’ll post these, send home with students, and push out electronically through various media.
Here is an overview:
Times for school shift by 45minutes.
Regular start time will be 8:10am (late bell to first period – so plan to arrive earlier!)
Regular end time will be 2:30pm (dismissal from 6th period)
For Early Release Days, start time will be 8:10am as always, but dismissal from 6th period will move to 12:30pm. Buses will be present to take students home.
Starting December 8th, Transportation Services will begin sending out new bus times to families. That notice will go out several times, including over the winter break.

IMPORTANT STORM INFORMATION! Schools will be open on Wednesday, September 25, but all activities and events are canceled except for before-and-after-school PLACE/ASEP programs. District Offices and Schools will be CLOSED on Thursday, September 26, AND FRIDAY, September 27, including after school programs, ASEP, and PLACE. We encourage families and employees to take the necessary precautions based on their specific circumstances and recognize that individuals may need to make their own choices regarding safety and preparedness.
