Gulf High grad and former NJROTC Cadet, Midshipman Brandi Vance (far left in photo), was part of the USF NROTC Color Guard last Saturday at Raymond James stadium where the USF Bulls took on the FAMU Rattlers. Midn Vance is on a 4 year NROTC scholarship that she earned while in the NJROTC program at GHS.
