The annual Farm Share Holiday Food Giveaway will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 14, featuring fresh food donated by Florida’s farmers. The giveaway, held at Redeemer Community Church at 9230 Ridge Road, is open to all families in need. “We are once again blessed to work with farmers throughout Florida to provide food at this special time of the year,” said state Rep. Mike Fasano, who organizes the annual event along with state Rep. Richard Corcoran and state Sen. John Legg. Every year more than 500 families are provided with food and other items they need to have a complete holiday dinner.
