Congratulations to these four Gulf students who have been selected to the Festival of Winds at the University of South Florida, which is being held beginning on Nov. 29. They are Shane Gillen, Evan Moore, Kelsey Phillips, and Elizabeth Rutherford. Mr. Rutherford says they will be performing with world-renowned guest clinicians and talented students from around the state for a four-day festival of music making!
