Dan and Lisa Barrus are shown below with a Baby Buccaneer shirt. On April 28 they became grandparents to Owen Daniel Barrus. Owen weighed 8 lbs, 4 oz, 21 in. His father is Daniel Christian Barrus (GHS ’98); his mother is Stephanie (Mayorga) Barrus, who attended Gulf in the 9th grade but graduated from high school in North Carolina. Owen has a brother, Christian, who attends Sunray Elementary School. Danny works for Progressive Air Systems in New Port Richey.
