PLEASE READ IN FULL – STUDENTS, PARENTS, GUARDIANS
Good afternoon, Bucs! Tomorrow is the first day of the new school year and we’re excited to welcome our students to start off right. Plan to arrive by 7:50am to pick up your FREE breakfast and check the signs in the Commons to see your first period classroom. The room number is the 3 digits after the dash (ex. 2-201 is Room 201).
Students who ride the bus must arrive early to their bus stop. Check myStudent under the Transportation tab for the location and time.
Students who walk or ride a bike to school should leave extra early, especially if you are new to the route you’ll travel. You will lock up your bike in the bike corral by the side of the Gym. Make sure you have a bike lock!
Car riders must be patient and plan to arrive extra early because the car loop access area gets very backed up. Please pull all the way forward to let off your student. Do not block the circle. In the afternoon, please arrive near to 2:30pm dismissal and move forward and out of the loop quickly to prevent backups. Cars must yield to pedestrians, bikes, and buses.
If you travel by skateboard, you are NOT permitted to carry it around the building. Check it in at the front office each morning and pick it up at dismissal. Failure to comply will result in the skateboard being confiscated.
Students driving to school may park in the student parking lot ONLY by entering on George Road. There are limited spots. You may NOT park in any other area of campus or across in plazas. Your vehicle will be towed at your expense with no warning. Parking permits are being sold and will go into full effect in two weeks. There is no guarantee of student parking.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Drugs, tobacco, vapes of all kinds, weapons of any kind, alcohol. Students may face arrest if found with any of these items. Adults pulling onto our property must put out cigarettes or other prohibited items. Please lower music in cars.
