Ms. Donlon’s classes are working on teamwork for their employability skills unit and completed a team building activity to see how well they communicate with each other when working on a team and to see which students gravitate to various roles within a team. The activity was called the marshmallow challenge. Teams had 18 minutes to building the tallest free standing structure using 20 pieces of spaghetti, 3 ft. of string, and 3 ft. of tape.
