At breakfast on the last day of school for teachers, Ms. Davis said good-bye to Assistant Principal Gwendolyn Gideon (pictured below), who is moving to Nebraska to be nearer her son and grandchild, and to Janice Long, who is retiring after teaching at Gulf for 32 years. She also acknowledged Mr. Aulisio, who is retiring after teaching one year at Gulf (which he said was the best experience in his teaching career), and Mrs. Vega, a guidance counselor who is being transferred to another school.
