Free Flu Shots

Healthy Schools, in cooperation with Pasco County Public Schools and the Pasco County Department of Health, is offering the Flu Vaccine free of charge. Students will receive their consent form through their first period class. The consent forms should be filled out and returned, for all students. Parents will not incur any out of pocket expense for this service.
