Eight Gulf NJROTC cadets competed in an Orienteering (land navigation) competition at Croom in the Withlacoochee State Forest in Brooksville on Saturday. The cadets placed 3rd overall out of 12 teams. Cadet Wenninghoff placed 8th, Cadet Inger placed 10th, and Cadet Berry placed 18th in Individuals out of 89 other competitors.
