To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, the IB juniors promoted a CAS project by preparing a celebratory luncheon atmosphere for the Gulf High faculty and staff. Some of the dishes were: flan, pork, Ratatouille, rum cake, Arroz con Pollo, Arroz con gangules, Pastelónk, tacos, refried beans, salad, and Ceviche. Here are some pictures by Jennifer Sorenson.
