The NJROTC cadets arrived safely at Camp Daniel Boone in Canton, NC, on Sunday and immediately hopped into a 50 degree lake to take a mandatory swim test, which they all passed. Today the cadets enjoyed canoeing, shooting .22 rifles, learning the art of Tomahawk throwing, and ceremonially folding the U.S. Flag. On Tuesday the cadets will spend the day whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River. Everyone is having a blast!
