Eric Breitenstein and Jamie Hogan have been named the valedictorian and salutatorian of the Gulf High School class of 2000.
Eric is involved in the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Odyssey of the Mind, and Interact. He is a volunteer at North Bay Hospital. His weighted GPA is 4.3690.
He plans to attend the University of Florida.
Jamie is in the National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Math Honor Society, and Role Playing Club. She has taught French at an elementary school. Her weighted GPA is 4.3452.
She plans to attend Rollins College and says that her ideal career would be to work in the Virology Department of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
