Gulf High School head football coach Jay Fulmer was honored by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the High School Coach of the Week today. In the photo, he appears with Jon Gruden, head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Fulmer and four Gulf players visited the Bucs training facility today. Each week the Tampa Bay Buccaneers choose a high school football coach who excels in making young athletes better football players and students. Coach Fulmer was presented with a framed Coach of the Week certificate signed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, General Manager Bruce Allen, and Head Coach Jon Gruden. He also received a football autographed by Gruden and a Coach of the Week cap. A $1,000 donation from NFL Charities will be awarded to the Gulf football program.
