Steve Luikart, elected to the school board Tuesday, is a former assistant principal at Gulf High School. He is also a GHS alumnus, having graduated in 1969. His father, David Luikart, also graduated from Gulf, in 1942. Mr. Luikart will be sworn into office on Nov. 16. The picture shows Mr. Luikart in 1989 when he was an assistant principal at Gulf. He is wearing our school colors.
