Melissa Morlan, Gulf High School’s Outstanding Senior, was selected the 2010/11 Outstanding Student of the Year by the Pasco County School District today. She is a daughter of Kim and Scott Morlan of Trinity. Melissa will be recognized at the Excellence in Academics Awards Ceremony presented by the Pasco Education Foundation on April 21 at River Ridge High School.
