If you have met the minimum requirements to Dual Enroll at PHCC this summer, you need to make an appointment to meet with your Guidance Counselor to fill out the registration form. Please see the attached sheet about dates and times for registration at PHCC (PDF file).
First time Dual Enrollment students need to complete AND submit the application to PHCC by April 22, 2013.
